Poke bowls consist of a cup of mixed greens, cubed avocado and pineapple, cucumber spaghetti, home pickled purple onions, thinly sliced radish, chopped tuna or salmon on top with some crunchy bean sprouts. To finish, dress it with a sesame oil, soy sauce and ginger-infused dressing and, of course, some spring onions and sesame seeds for that Asian tang.
