Ingredients:
- 1 Irvine’s chicken, portioned
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp peri peri powder
- 7 cloves garlic, chopped
- Salt and pepper to season
- Olive oil to drizzle
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 3 large potatoes, cubed
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Sprinkle paprika powder, peri peri powder, garlic, salt, pepper and cubed potatoes; toss well.
- Add olive oil and rosemary.
- Roast for 45 minutes – 1 hour
