Ingredients:

  • 1 Irvine’s chicken, portioned
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp peri peri powder
  • 7 cloves garlic, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • Olive oil to drizzle
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 3 large potatoes, cubed

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Sprinkle paprika powder, peri peri powder, garlic, salt, pepper and cubed potatoes; toss well.
  3. Add olive oil and rosemary.
  4. Roast for 45 minutes – 1 hour
